All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We understand that finding the perfect size can sometimes be challenging. If you experience an issue with the size of your item, please contact us at Ella@promohubnj.com as soon as possible. While exchanges are not guaranteed, we will always do our best to work with you and determine if an exchange can be accommodated, depending on availability and the condition of the item.

Please note that items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be considered for an exchange.
